Delivery
We use GLS couriers (www.gls-group.eu) for all our deliveries worldwide. Our P&P charges are £8.00 and most orders arrive within 5 working days. However we do ask you to allow for the standard 7-10 day delivery time.
Please note there is FREE DELIVERY for orders over £60.00.

All our products are produced to ISO Quality Standards. Uriwell is certified Class I medical device and listed on the NHS Drug Tariff. IncoStress is a certified Class IIA medical device. We guarantee the quality of our products and will refund clients completely if they have a quality issue within a 6 month period.
We also guarantee to be flexible and please contact us directly to discuss any issue with any of our products.
Due to the intimate nature of our products it is not necessary to return them in order to get a refund. If you have a quality issue please contact us immediately and we will issue a full & complete refund.
Cooling Off Period
The cooling off period for the products is 7 working days. In this case simply return your purchase to the address below and we will issue a full & complete refund. The 7 working days start when your order is delivered to you.
